Crudités with Green Goddess sauce: the Green Goddess of sauces.

A few sticks of raw or slightly scalded vegetables accompanied with a rich sauce for dippingThey are a rich, healthy and colorful alternative that can be added to the traditional snacks of our lunches and dinners. Here we suggest a sauce or dressing widely used in North American meals known as Green Goddess dressing by the color that the herbs that compose it provide. A list of vegetables is also suggested, but you can use those that you feel like and that lend themselves to their consumption raw. Some vegetables, such as asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower are better if we previously pass them through boiling water and then with ice water. This way they will not lose color, and will gain in texture.
