Crumbs for children, celebrating world bread day

With the cold that is coming, they want more spoon dishes, and for that reason and coinciding with the fact that today is World Bread Day, we are going to prepare a simple recipe for homemade crumbs, perfect for both children and adults in the house.

It is essential that to prepare the crumbs, the bread we use is from the day before and if possible white bread. The evening before, we have to soak the bread. To do this, we prepare the mixture with milk, water, a little salt and paprika. The main objective is that the bread remains moist but without it being soggy. Therefore, what we will do is splash the content of the mixture with our hands on the bread and stir it. When we notice that the bread is wet, it will be perfect to prepare our crumbs.
