Zucchini is a perfect appetizer for the little ones in the house. So that they can eat it in a hurry and without complaining we are going to prepare to eat some special appetizers of crunchy zucchini with parmesan cheese. They are delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary and chopped thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Wash and dry the zucchini and cut it into slices one finger thick. Once you have them, leave them reserved. Brush each of the zucchini slices with a little olive oil.

  3. In a plate, mix the cheese with the Provencal herbs.

  4. Sprinkle each of the zucchini slices with the mixture, and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top.

  5. Put each of the zucchini slices on a tray with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
    Then put the oven to gratin for about 3-5 more minutes, until the cheese is very crisp.
