500 g (2 tubs) Philadelphia type cheese spread, mascarpone, or cottage cheese
100 g sugar
100 ml cream
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
jam to taste and / or chocolate syrup to accompany
How we do it:
We mix all the ingredients with the mixer except the jam. In a round mold greased with butter or oil, pour the mixture and bake it in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 180ºC. We check if it is done, clicking with a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean it is ready.
