Ingredients

• 2 cucumbers
• 1 natural yogurt (whole or even Greek)
• 1/2 peeled garlic clove
• 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of modena
• 1 little coarse salt
• 1 little ground pepper
• Some mint leaves

Preparation

1. We peel the cucumbers and chop them. We put them on a plate.

2. Put the yogurt, the 1/2 peeled garlic clove, the oil, the vinegar and the salt in the blender glass. We beat everything, with the mixer.

3. We put that sauce on the cucumber pieces. We put a little pepper and the chopped mint leaves.

4. And we already have our salad ready to take to the table.
