Ingredients

  • 2 slices of white bread (better if it does not have a crust)
  • salted butter
  • 1 cucumber
  • lemon juice

Preparation

  1. The cucumber is prepared in the following way

  2. We wash it well and remove half of the peel in the form of alternate bands with the help of a potato peeler.

  3. Now we cut it into very thin slices with a very sharp knife or with a potato or meat cutter

  4. Dry the cucumber a little with the help of absorbent paper.

  5. We take the bread, we remove the crust if it has it, and we spread the slices with a thin layer of butter

  6. Now we can place the cucumber slices on the bread

  7. Optionally we can season them with a few drops of lemon juice.

  8. To serve the sandwich, it can be cut into four triangles, cutting it diagonally twice in the shape of an X.
