We will prepare the base recipe for curry rice, aromatic and tasty, ideal to mix it with prawns, chicken, vegetables or eggs. If you prefer to eat a smaller amount of rice, serve it as a side to meat or fish stews.

Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of long or steamed rice
  • 4 glasses of chicken broth
  • 1 cebolla
  • 3 teaspoons curry
  • pepper
  • oil and salt.

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a saucepan with oil until it is tender and transparent. So, we salt and pepper and add the curry.

  2. Add the rice to the saucepan and saute together with the onion and the curry for a couple of minutes until it is well impregnated with them.

  3. Pour the boiling broth over the rice and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

  4. Let's salt again while cooking.
