Can we come up with a dish with the typical date bacon appetizer? Shall we prepare a scrambled eggs with a bittersweet flavor? Apart from the dates and the crispy bacon, we will put some bananas, which with the heat acquire that honeyed texture and an even sweeter flavor. We will try this recipe as a garnish for meats, for example. Would you know how to take advantage of this scramble in another way?

Dates have a really rich flavor so we are going to add a touch of bacon and banana to make a unique mix

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 gr. bacon or bacon
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 gr. of dates
  • pepper
  • oil and salt

Preparation

  1. We cut the ingredients before proceeding to make the scramble. We slice the bananas, cut the bacon into small cubes and cut the dates into quarters.

  2. In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the bacon until golden brown and remove it. In the same oil, sauté the dates a little and then the bananas so that they soften a little.

  3. Add all the ingredients to the pan, season and add the whole eggs.

  4. We remove from time to time so that the scrambled eggs curdle without the eggs being beaten too much.
