Preparation

Combine the crushed cereals with the Parmesan cheese and the salt in a bowl until the three ingredients are well mixed. Once you have them, in another bowl beat the two eggs.
Remove the skin from the chicken thighs, so that they are completely clean, and pass each chicken thigh through the egg, so that it is well soaked.
Once you have them all passed through the egg, then let them batter well in the mixture that we have prepared of cereals with Parmesan cheese, until they have a crunchy layer.
