Regimen flan in the microwave

On a diet too and following diets like Dukan? You will love this dessert like so many others that we have made here like the light brownie from alberto

You will have the feeling of eating a normal flan but without sin and without going off the diet because it is allowed! Take note, it's that simple.

* Note: I have not done it with clear only, because thank God, I do not have cholesterol. If anyone has the experience of making them clear, please share it!

If you want a trick, you can substitute the eggs for cornstarch, a dessert spoon for every 100 ml of milk approx. it sets the same as with eggs, it has the same cinnamon flavor and it takes a minute and a half, two more or less. In the microwave a large bowl you put 30 seconds, you remove, stir, add another 30 until it is as thick as you want, for me 3 or 4 times perfect, you go to molds and to the fridge. It is an invention of mine, I invite you to try it.
