Baked dumplings with turkey bacon

How and what filling do you usually prepare homemade dumplings at home? Tuna, meat, turkey, ham, chocolate, vegetables, honey, dulce de leche… There are endless possibilities, so today I am going to tell you one of my favorite recipes: some baked dumplings with turkey bacon.

And they are my favorites for several reasons. The first one is because they go to the oven, and they have much less fat and calories than regular dumplings that we fry in a pan. The second of them is because they come with a very special filling, a ElPozo brand turkey bacon, which contains 70% less fat than normal bacon.
