Ingredients
- 250 gr of toasted cookies (your favorites)
- 100 g sugar
- 50 gr of Nocilla
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 250 gr of cream cheese
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 200 gr of chopped strawberries
Preparation
Prepare the base of the cake by crushing the cookies and sugar in a mixer until we make them crumbs. Then add the Nocilla, and the butter. Mix everything again.
Place the cake base in a container, and leave it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the cake. To do this, put the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk in the blender glass. Mix everything until creamy and add the strawberries in squares. Add the dough to the base of the cookies and put everything in the freezer for about 4 hours.
Serve chilled. That easy!
