Ingredients
- We will use as a measure the container of a yogurt
- 2 containers of flour
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon yeast powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- A little bit of salt
- Dried thyme
- 1/4 of container of milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 container of melted butter
- 1/2 container of grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 container of ham cut into cubes
Preparation
Put the oven to preheat to 200 degrees, while you prepare some muffin molds.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, baking soda, salt and thyme. In another container put the milk, the egg and the melted butter. Add the contents of this second container to the first bowl and then add the ham and cheese.
Put the mixture in the muffin tins, without filling them to the top.
Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees. If you see that they stay a little raw, add a couple more minutes.
Once done, cool on an oven rack. You will see how fluffy they come out.
