Ingredients
For the base:
- 120 g of cookies (of the simple ones for breakfast)
- 80 butter g
For the mousse:
- 440 g whipping cream
- 400 g strawberry yogurt
- 1 envelope of strawberry jelly
- 150 g of water
Preparation
We heat the water in the microwave and dissolve the gelatin in that water. We let it cool while we go through the recipe.
We chop the cookies by hand, with a rolling pin, with a chopper ... as we want. They do not need to be made into flour, they can have bits. We put them in a bowl.
We put the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften it. We take it out of the oven.
We mix with a spoon.
We put the butter in the bowl, with our cookies, and mix.
We distribute the cookies at the base of a removable mold of about 22 centimeters in diameter. We compact well with a tongue or with a spoon. We reserve in the fridge.
We put the cream in a large bowl or in the bowl of a food processor.
We ride it well. To whip it well, it is important that it be whipping cream and that it is very cold (but not frozen). It is also important that the container in which we assemble it is very cold.
We add the yogurt.
We mix with a pastry tongue, delicately.
If the dissolved gelatin is no longer very hot, we add it to this mixture of water and yogurt. Mix well but delicately.
We put it in our mold, on the cookie base.
We keep in the refrigerator, until it sets (we will need at least 4 hours). Decorate with some sugar sticks or other ingredients (chocolate chips, sprinkles ...), unmold ... ready!
