Prepare the aprons for the little ones that we are going to cook some stuffed eggs delicious. It is the ideal dish to help us: they can peel the eggs, crush the yolks with a fork, mix all the ingredients and, of course, put the filling in each half of the white.
The ingredients are all basic except the tahini sauce that, in addition to giving a special flavor, will help to bind the mixture. I remind you that it is the sauce that is used to prepare the hummus. If you don't have it, you can replace it with a little mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 7 cherry tomatoes
- 40 g of cooked carrot
- 15 g tahini sauce
- Sal Island
Preparation
Cook the eggs in water with a little salt. As soon as the water starts to boil, we let them cook for 15 minutes.
While they cook we prepare the filling: we chop the tomatoes, chop the carrot and drain the tuna. We also weigh the tahini sauce.
When the eggs are cooked we put them in cold water. Then we peel and cut them in half, so that they are as seen in the photo.
In a bowl we put the cooked yolk of all the halves.
Crush the yolks with a fork.
In the same bowl we put the cooked carrot and crush it too.
We add the tuna and integrate it with the rest of the ingredients.
We do the same with the chopped tomato.
Add the tahini sauce and mix everything well.
We put a little salt and continue mixing.
We fill each half with the mixture that we have just prepared.
We decorate each half filled with ketchup and / or mayonnaise.
