Ingredients

4 eggs
Water for cooking the eggs
Sal Island

For the vinaigrette:

1 fresh chives
35 g of dried tomatoes
100 g of water
10 g apple cider vinegar
Between 5 and 10 g of mustard
10 g honey
20 g of extra virgin olive oil
Pickles
Sal Island
Pepper

Plus:

Some lettuce leaves

Preparation

We start by cooking the eggs. We put them in a saucepan with water and salt and let them cook for approximately 15 minutes.
Once cooked, we cool them with tap water and remove the shell. We reserve them.
With a knife we chop the chives and the dried tomatoes. We put it in a bowl
Add the water, vinegar, mustard, honey, olive oil, pickles, salt and pepper. We mix everything with a spoon.
We wash and dry the lettuce leaves and place them on the plates.
With a knife, we cut the eggs in half and place them on the lettuce leaves (one egg -two halves- on each plate). We put the vinaigrette on each of the halves and… that's it!
