Let's give the long-suffering lettuce a break and add to our salads leaves of spinach. Why? For varying among other things and for the amount of benefits that spinach brings us. The spinach bags (marketed as "baby" spinach leaves many times) they are very comfortable because they are already washed and take away that hassle. Spinach, beetroot, onion, walnuts, raisins, cheese ... Did I forget something?

Ingredients

  • a bag of spinach leaves (already cleaned)
  • 2 cooked beets
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 sliced ​​spring onion
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 70 g raisins without seeds
  • 120 g of feta cheese or Burgos cheese. For the dressing: extra virgin olive oil
  • Sherry vinager
  • shawl
  • sugar.

Preparation

  1. Remove the first layer and cut the spring onion into thin slices (even the first part of the green stem)

  2. We put the spinach leaves and in a salad bowl

  3. Cut the beets into cubes or cubes (and the cherry tomatoes in half or whole if we want to incorporate them) and add them to the spinach

  4. Next we put the walnuts and raisins, and crumbled feta or Burgos cheese (feta usually comes in cubes).

  5. For the dressing we mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil for one of vinegar

  6. Then we give the point of salt and add a pinch of sugar, to counteract the acidity

  7. Dress the salad, stir well and eat healthy.
