Ingredients

  • Figs
  • Iberian Ham
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. We begin by peeling and cutting the stem of the figs, and we cut them in half and in turn in half (that is, in four, as if it were a cross), without actually separating the parts.

  2. Prepare a frying pan with a little oil (a few drops is enough), and when it is very hot, brown the figs on both sides, one minute so that they caramelize a little.

  3. Serve them on a tray over some slices of Iberian ham, and they will be delicious.
