All the potatoes they are a perfect accompaniment. You can make them in a thousand ways, fried, cooked, roasted, mashed, they always combine with all kinds of dishes, and the little ones love them no matter how you prepare them.

These potatoes with the fine herbs that I teach you to prepare today are perfect for those small potatoes that we have at home, I like to make them with Galician red potatoes, because they are much tastier, and also when they are cooked in the oven, they do not have any fat. Spectacular, crispy on the outside and honeyed on the inside!

Ingredients

  • 12-15 small potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the potatoes into wedges of uniform size.

  2. Mix the parsley, thyme, salt, ground garlic, chives and black pepper in a bowl. Mix with the tablespoons of olive oil.

  3. When you have all the spices mixed, put it on the potatoes with the help of a brush or a spoon, and stir with your hands until they are well covered with all the herbs.

  4. Place the potatoes on the oven rack inside an oven-safe container. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden. And after 12 minutes in the oven, turn them over so that they are golden on both sides.

Eat them warm.
