• 4 large fish fillets cleaned of skin and bones
• lemon
• beaten eggs
• bread crumbs
• shawl
• frying oil

Preparation

1. Season the fish fillets with salt and lemon juice and smear them first in beaten egg, drain a little, and then in breadcrumbs.

2. We fry the fillets in hot oil on both sides to brown the breading.

3. Drain the milanesas on kitchen paper and serve them with our favorite sauce (tartar, mayonnaise, mustard...)
