A small hake
A liter of water
300 grams of rice
200 grams of peas
200 ml dry white wine
An envelope of grated Parmesan cheese
40 grams of butter
One onion
One garlic clove
Olive oil
Parsley

Preparation

We boil the hake for 10 minutes, together with a little parsley, a tablespoon of salt and a liter of water. When this is done, strain the broth and crumble the hake when cold, removing the skin and bones.
Fry the chopped onion and garlic, and add the rice, along with the previous broth, letting it cook over high heat for five minutes, then add the peas and hake, letting it simmer for another ten minutes.
After this we will add the dry white wine, the butter and the cheese, letting it cook for another five minutes. We check that it is well salted and serve immediately.
