Eggs a la flamenca ¡Olé!

Today I woke up very Sevillian and with a smile on my face, because the good weather seems to be coming to finally stay. So I am going to pay a small tribute to all those Andalusians and non-Andalusians who walk around Seville enjoying the good weather and the good Sevillian tapas. So this dish is for them! So that on days like today, they smile a little more :) Marching one of…. flamenco style eggs!
