1 kg. of pork ribs for roasting

For la salsa:

200 gr. ketchup
50 ml. whiskey
60 gr. Lamb
40 ml. apple cider vinegar
10 ml. white wine
10 ml. lemon juice
10 gr. Worcestershire Worcestershire sauce
10 gr. soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch of sweet paprika

Preparation

First we prepare the sauce. To do this, we pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and let them cook over low heat for about 20 minutes so that the liquid evaporates and the sauce thickens. Remove to a container and let cool.
We marinate the ribs in several roasting bags with the amount of sauce we want. 10 hours or one night is fine.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and cook the ribs in the bag for 45 minutes, with heat up and down. At 35 minutes, we flip the bag. Before serving, we open the bag carefully.
