Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 9 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 6 tablespoons of milk
  • Soda
  • 1 orange, the juice and the zest
  • 5 tablespoons of anise
  • 500 gr de harina

Preparation

  1. We mix all the ingredients in a container and we knead everything. Once we have them incorporated, let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

  2. After these 15 minutes, we are shaping our donuts. To make them perfect, we make small balls with the dough and we make a hole in the center.

  3. Prepare a frying pan with plenty of olive oil and when the oil is hot, add each of the donuts and brown them on both sides.

  4. Once we have them golden, we place them on an absorbent paper and we put a little sugar on top of each one of them.

  5. You will see that they are very crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside.
