Fried rice with asparagus, broccoli and prawns

Una very simple recipe for these hot days. This fried rice is to die for. They come with asparagus and prawns and it's delicious.

Preparation

In a pot, we heat a little water to cook the rice. When it starts to boil, add the salt and rice. Let it cook for as long as it appears on the manufacturer's package and when it's done, drain it. Let it boil for the time indicated by the manufacturer on the container and drain it when it is. Leave reserved.

Wash the green asparagus and remove the hardest part.Cut them to taste and reserve the part of the yolk that we will use to decorate our rice. Wash the broccoli and chop it up.

Peel the prawns and rinse them with water so that they are clean.

In a frying pan, sauté the asparagus and broccoli, with a little olive oil. Season with salt and stir them a bit. When the asparagus yolks are ready, remove them and leave the rest of the asparagus to continue cooking.

When you see that the asparagus is ready, add the prawns. Let them cook for a couple of minutes. Without turning off the heat, add the drained rice and stir everything. Add a splash of soy sauce and let it reduce with the ingredients.
Serve it to the little ones, they will surely love it.
