Fun recipes with custard apple

As autumn has already entered, the typical fruits of the season reappear in the markets. They could not miss the custard apples.
Cherimoya is a fruit grown in subtropical climates (In Spain there is the DO Costa Tropical) rich in carbohydrates, vitamin C and potassium. Its consumption, therefore, is recommended for the little ones although it can be somewhat uncomfortable due to those large black seeds.
Therefore, since Recetín We propose some recipes for children to enjoy the rich flavor and properties of custard apple in a pleasant way.
Let's start with a Beaten. It is enough to extract the pulp of two custard apples and beat it with more or less milk as we want the smoothie thick. As a final touch we can sprinkle it with cinnamon or add a little caramel or chocolate syrup.
With the same preparation of the previous shake we can prepare a Bavarian if we add three sheets of gelatin dissolved in a little hot water. Next, we mix, pour into a flanera and let it set in the fridge.
If what we prefer is a mousse, We continue using the custard apple and milk mixture, but this time we bind it with three whites whipped to the point of snow with sugar and let it cool.
And lastly, how about a jam? We simply simmer the pulp of three custard apples with a glass of water and three tablespoons of sugar for thirty minutes, the time necessary for the water to have been consumed and we have a slightly thick texture.
