1,5 Kg of chicken wings
2 garlic cloves, sliced
Olive oil
Flour (XNUMXg)
Lemon juice
1/2 liter of chicken broth
1 hoja de laurel
150 ml of sherry wine

Preparation

Season the chicken wings, and lightly pass them through the flour. In a pan we put a little olive oil and let it heat up. We put each of the chicken wings and cook them. Once they are well browned, remove the oil from the pan, so that they are not too greasy, and add the juice of a lemon. Stir everything so that all the wings are impregnated with the lemon flavor.
To make them tender, we then add the chicken broth, two raw garlic cloves chopped into not very thick slices and the bay leaf. We let everything start to cook until almost all the broth is consumed.
Next, add the Jerez wine and let it boil a bit to remove the alcohol. If you want, you can serve them by sprinkling a little chopped parsley on top and they will be delicious.
