Gluten-free macaroni bolognese

Preparation

1. Put the macaroni to cook in a pot with plenty of boiling water, a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Cook them as indicated on the package (usually about 7-8 minutes so that they are "al dente"), drain and set aside.

2. Meanwhile, we are going to prepare our special tomato sauce. Cut the onion into julienne strips and fry it in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. When we have the onion well poached, add the minced meat and fry everything together until we see that the meat is almost cooked. Season with salt and pepper and add the macaroni to sauté for a few minutes and get the flavor of the meat with the onion. Once everything is mixed, add the tomato sauce and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.

3. Arrange the macaroni in a baking dish, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Put the grill on the oven, and grill until the cheese is crisp and golden.

4. Serve decorating with a little chives on top, and ready to eat.
