Grandmother's pie

This is my favorite empanada because it is the one that has always been done at home. The dough, with paprika, is delicious. Also the filling, with boiled egg and some good pieces of mackerel.

It is perfect to take to pool, beach or mountain. And it looks very big since it is as big as the baking tray.

You can decorate the surface with a little dough. With it you can make letters or even small stars or other shapes if you use a small pasta cutter.
