1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup roast juice
4 tablespoons of flour

Preparation

Once we have the roast ready, we separate the meat from the resulting juices
Transfer the juice to a container and allow the fat to separate from the liquid
From fat we get a couple of tablespoons, and from juice we collect a cup.
We heat the poultry stock and deglaze the tray, that is, we remove the hardened remains of the roast using a trowel.
In a frying pan, heat the fat from the roast and brown it and dilute the flour a little over low heat so that it loosens
Then we add the broth from the tray and the cup of juice
Let thicken and reduce the lumps over low heat and season with salt and pepper.
