Green bean lasagna

We love the Lasagna. It is a complete dish, which children like a lot and full of possibilities. It is so versatile that we can make it with green beans.

The sauce bechamel In this case, it is essential as it will serve to hydrate the precooked lasagna sheets. My sauce is a bit special because I have put a spoonful of pesto in it. The pesto gives it a different twist but, of course, it is totally dispensable.

You will see in the photos that we have cooked the green beans on purpose to prepare this lasagna. But, if you have left over from a dinner, even if they are already sautéed, do not hesitate to use them.
