This shake o Smoothie It is the best way to take vitamins in a refreshing way. This recipe is devised with the purpose of being 100% vegetable and suitable for lactose intolerant. That is why we have developed it with Almond milk to make it totally vegan. If you want you can substitute this milk for soy or normal milk, and if you like it much more sugary you can add sugar or sweetener.
- 350 g kiwi
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach washed and dried
- 350 ml almond milk
- We start by peeling the kiwis and slicing them. We do the same with him banana, and we chop it up.
- We choose the handful of spinach and we wash them. With a cloth and carefully we dry them. We prepare the glass of 350 ml of almond milk.
- In a blender we mix all the ingredients and the we will grind at full power until everything is well blended. In my case I have used a Thermomix and I have beaten it to speed 7 for 20 secondss approximately, until you see that everything is well blended.
- It can be taken immediately or left to cool in the refrigerator and drink cold.
