This is how my father prepares hake, although it is not the recipe of hake Basque authentic, but a combination of hake in green sauce, hake with prawns and Basque hake, I can only say that it is delicious. If it is made with fresh ingredients the result is spectacular, but if we do not have access to these fresh ingredients, we can use frozen. Although the result will not be the same, there is also a very complete and delicious dish.
