For 6 mousses

180 gr. chocolate fondant or hot chocolate
100 gr. butter or margarine
100 gr. sugar
4 eggs

To decorate

Gummy snakes

Preparation

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a container to dissolve it in the microwave little by little, being careful not to burn it.
Crack the eggs, and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a cream.
Add to this mixture the melted chocolate and mix it all up. Add the melted butter and move everything carefully. Little by little add the egg whites until stiff and keep stirring until a creamy and thick mixture is left.
When you see that the mixture is ready, distribute it in individual containers and put them in the fridge for 24 hours so that it remains consistent.
Just when you are going to consume them, decorate them to your liking so that they are as dark as possible.
