Do you like chocolate truffles? This delicious sweet dessert is perfect for any time of the year. In summer we can take them frozen and they are delicious, at Christmas as a complement or finishing touch to a dinner and on Halloween if we decorate them with different shapes, we can make them especially fun.

This spider truffle recipe is one of our Halloween recipes for this year.

Spider truffles for Halloween

Ingredients

  • 175 gr. margarine
  • 400 gr. chocolate powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 ml of milk
  • Chocolate noodles
  • Black licorice for spider legs
  • Glue eyes (you can find them in a stationery store)
  • Skewer sticks

Preparation

  1. Put the margarine in the microwave, until it is liquid. Once you have it ready, put it in a bowl and add the chocolate powder, milk and egg yolk. Mix well with a fork until the chocolate is well integrated.

  2. Save the truffle mass in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes until we see that it is hard. Once it is done, make truffle balls with the dough. When you have them all done, coat them with chocolate noodles.

  3. Now it's your turn to decorate our chandeliers. To do this, prick each truffle with a skewer stick, and put the legs of our spiders on the sides of each truffle. Finally, decorate with eyes. These funny eyes can be found in any stationery store.

  4. If you prefer, instead of eyes, you can put some candy clouds that would be eyes and some chocolate chips. Once you have them assembled, store them in the freezer until you are going to take them.

    I love desserts
    and on Halloween much more for the type of decoration, the dessert that I like the most
    prepare the pop cakes are very nice
    and they are very easy to do.
