Ingredients

Makes about 15 truffles

  • 150 g of covered chocolate
  • 150gr of white chocolate
  • 100 g whipping cream

To decorate

  • Cocoa powder
  • Oreo cookies
  • Gummy clouds
  • Almonds
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. The first thing we will do is melt the two chocolates in a bowl together with the cream. We will melt them carefully in the microwave so that they do not burn, stirring from time to time.

  2. Once we have everything melted, we put the mixture in the refrigerator until it hardens. Once the mixture is hard (half an hour) but malleable, we make small balls with the help of two spoons in order to take each portion of the container, and finally, shape it with our hands.

  3. Once we have them, we coat them in cocoa powder, and decorate them with Oreo cookies for the wings, jelly beans and chocolate chips for the eyes, and almonds for the teeth.
