Ingredients

• 100 g of serrano ham, thinly sliced
• 10 slices of sliced ​​bread, it can be rustic type
• 250 ml whole milk
• 250 ml of cream
• 2 eggs
• Salt and ground pepper
• A handful of grated cheese with 4 cheeses

Preparation

1. In a bowl we add the 250 ml of cream, the 250 ml of milk, the two eggs, salt and pepper. We stir it very well until everything is well beaten. We rectify salt if necessary.
2. We choose a square dish suitable for microwaves of 18 × 18 cm. We take the slices of sliced ​​bread and spread them in the bowl that we have prepared. You have to soak the bread well but without breaking it.
3. We place the first layer of sliced ​​bread spread on the base of the source and place all the slices of Serrano ham on top.
4. We spread the rest of the bread again and put another layer of bread.
5. Finally we will put the grated cheese on top and that is when we will put it in the microwave for 4 minutes so that everything is cooked together.
