Cake (or muffins) Happy Halloween!
Halloween day is coming! With this recipe you can make a cake or divide the dough in the recipe into cupcake cases. You decide what you prefer!

Ingredients
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 80 g of oil (sunflower or seeds)
- 300 g of sugar
- 150 g of a good chocolate (plus 70% cocoa)
- 150 ml water
- 100 ml of milk 250 g of flour
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- a pinch of baking soda
- 2 eggs.
For the chocolate coating:
- 125 g of covered chocolate
- 50 grams of butter
- To decorate:
- Edible decorations with Halloween motifs (pumpkins, ghosts ...)
- Pastry pencils
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
We oil a removable bottom mold or line a multiple muffin mold with paper capsules.
In a saucepan we put the chocolate, milk, oil, sugar and water over low heat and stirring regularly until the chocolate melts. We remove from the fire. Now, in a large bowl, we sift the flour together with the cocoa powder, the yeast and the baking soda.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients little by little, stirring with a whisk. Crack the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat until you obtain a very light, lump-free cream. We pour the muffin cases into the mold or fill molds up to 3/4 of their capacity, smoothing the surface with the back of a spoon.
The multiple mold in the oven for 15-17 minutes, if we opt for the cake, 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted or in the center comes out clean. We then take it out of the oven and let it cool in the mold(s) on a wire rack so that it cools evenly.
Meanwhile, we make the chocolate coverage, for which we melt the remaining chocolate with the butter in a water bath (or in the microwave at 700 W, stirring from time to time and at 2-minute intervals).
Let cool and once the cake/muffins are cold, cover with the melted chocolate.
We wait for the chocolate of the coverage to harden and decorate with the pumpkin candies and put the legend that we want
