Clouds are one of my favorite sweets, and you can't imagine how simple it is to prepare rich colored clouds for the little ones and the grown-ups in the house. Here is the recipe, so go ahead and prepare them.

Clouds are one of my favorite sweets, and you can't imagine how easy it is to prepare delicious colored clouds for the little ones with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 15 gr of neutral gelatin powder
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 15 gr. fructose
  • 175 gr. of water
  • 4 drops of food coloring (use several to make them colorful)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetened vanillin
  • sugar glass

Preparation

  1. Put a pot on the fire with half the water, the sugar, the fructose, and the sweetened vanilla, cook everything over low heat until it forms a syrup.

  2. Place the powdered gelatin with the rest of the water in a bowl, and add the drops of coloring and salt.

  3. Pour the hot syrup over the mixture, and beat with the mixer until you get a consistency similar to that of meringue.

  4. Sprinkle a fountain with icing sugar and put the dough in it. Let rest for several hours, and when you unmold them, cut them into the shapes you want.

  5. Once you have them cut, coat them in icing sugar again.

      Hi! It is the type of sugar found in fruit and honey. You will find it in your supermarket, in the pastry area or where you can find traditional sugar.
