Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 600 gr of minced beef
- 100 gr breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 dientes de ajo chopped
- Ketchup
- 400 gr of spaghetti
Preparation
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and lightly grease the tray with a little olive oil.
In a bowl, combine the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, eggs, mozzarella cheese and minced garlic. Mix everything with a fork.
Go making each of the meatballs and once you have made the shape, bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the manufacturer's instructions.
In a saucepan or deep frying pan, put the tomato sauce over low heat and carefully add the already made meatballs. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Drain the spaghetti and put a little more sauce on top again to cover the meatballs well. Finally spread some grated cheddar cheese.
Serve them warm, you will see how when you bite into the meatballs, they will melt with the grated cheese.
