Homemade phoskitos, chocolate snacks

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 180º, and prepare the cake. To do this, in a bowl we mount the eggs and add the sugar, and we stir it with some rods until we see that it doubles the volume. Little by little we add the flour and continue stirring.

2. On a baking tray, we put parchment paper, and spread the mixture on the tray, trying not to exceed one centimeter.

3. We put the cake in the oven and let it cook for 10 minutes.

4. After that time, we take out the cake, and take a cotton cloth. Roll up the cake with the cloth, and wrap it with transparent film. So that it cools down and takes the rolled shape, we put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

5. Meanwhile, we are mounting the cream with the help of some electric rods, and we add the icing sugar and the vanilla sugar.

6. When we see that the cake is cold, we carefully unroll it so that it does not split, and we add the cream on top. Once we have all the cake covered in cream, we roll up the cake again without the cloth, and we put it back in the fridge to cool for about 15 minutes.

7. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and milk. We take out the cake roll, and we cut it into pieces of about two centimeters. With the help of a Moorish skewer stick, we pierce the cake and cover it in chocolate. We are leaving each of the Phoskitos on a tray lined with parchment paper. Let cool and ready to eat!
