250 gr of water
15 g of olive oil and a little more to spray

500 gr of strength flour
1 spoon of sugar

Preparation

Pour the water into the glass and heat for 1 minute at 37 degrees at speed 1. Meanwhile, paint or spray the inside of a roasting bag with oil.
Add the yeast, flour, sugar, salt and 15 g of olive oil, and mix for 15 seconds at speed 6. Next, knead for 2 minutes with the symbol of the spike without putting the beaker, so that the dough remains airy
Check the texture of the dough. If nothing sticks or is a bit dissociated into balls, add 20-50 gr more of water; if it's too sticky, add a tablespoon of flour and knead again for 1 minute.
Remove the dough from the glass, and if you have leftover dough on the blades, turn on the speed selector and press the turbo 2-3 times to remove the remaining dough.
First form the ball with the dough and shape it into a loaf. With a knife, make 2 or 3 cuts on the surface of the dough, and sprinkle it with a little flour.
