Chicken and honey, what a good combination, right? It is an easy dish to prepare, that goes into the oven and that we can leave it done overnight, because the chicken takes on all the flavor of honey and is delicious.

Chicken and honey, there is no better combination, in addition, this recipe is very easy and quick to prepare

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of chicken thighs
  • Potatoes
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Black pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Season the chicken thighs with the lemon juice, several tablespoons of honey, salt and pepper, and let it marinate in a container with this dressing for a couple of hours so that it absorbs all the flavors.

  2. Once that couple of hours have passed, put the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and place the chicken thighs with all their dressing, on a baking tray and top with a little olive oil.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
