Hot chocolate with purchased mix

480 ml whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
120 g of chocolate in the cup, prepared mix

Hot chocolate with fondant chocolate

400 g of chocolate fondant
40 g cornstarch
1,2 liters of whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
50-60 g of sugar

Preparation

To make the chocolate in the cup with the purchased chocolate mixture: In our Thermomix glass, we pour the 480 ml of milk and the 120 g of the chocolate mixture into the cup. If the milk is on time, we program it for 9 minutes at 100 ° at speed 4. If the milk is cold, we program it for 12 minutes at 100 ° at speed 4.
For the hot chocolate with fondant chocolate: In our Thermomix glass, we add the 400 g of chocolate in pieces and program 10 seconds, progressive speed 5-10. Then, we add the rest of the ingredients, the 40 g of cornstarch, the 50 g of sugar and the 1,2 liters of milk. We schedule it during 12 minutes at 90 ° at speed 3.
