If even in summer you don't want to give up your cup of hot chocolate, we propose a slightly more refreshing version than the usual one. Add a scoop of ice cream to the chocolate to change its flavor, its presentation and especially its temperature. Ingredients

100 ml. of liquid cream
1 l. whole milk
100-200 gr. of sugar
40 gr. cornstarch
550 gr. 70% chocolate
vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Mix the cream well with the cornstarch and half the sugar until the lumps are eliminated. Add the milk and stir again.
Bring this mixture to a simmer and stir until it comes to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate.
Mix well and put on the heat to bring the soup to a boil again, stirring continuously. Add the rest of the sugar to taste and serve the hot chocolate in cups with a scoop of ice cream.
