When you refer to a cup, what is the approximate weight? I used the standard equivalences and logically I had to add egg after egg to make it pasty. Of course, they were delicious and the little one loved them. All the best

I did it and it was rich but fatal hahaha, the flour was too much for 1 beaten egg alone, I'll try again

An egg for a cup is little, or less flour or more eggs, and that amount of flour (2 cups) is left over for 10 sausages. The recommended thing for this recipe is less flour and 3 eggs minimum. And flavor the flour mixture as well.
