The recipe is for normal flour, but you can make it perfectly with a gluten-free flour like the ones we mentioned in the post of how to make gluten-free puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • A tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • A tablespoon of white sugar
  • A tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A spoonful of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. As a measure for everything we are going to use a cup and a tablespoon. Put the butter in a cup and melt it for 20 seconds in the microwave.

  2. Once melted, with the soup spoon, we put the white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in the cup and mix until everything is homogeneous with the butter.

  3. Add the egg yolk and continue mixing until it also joins the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Add the flour and stir and when the flour has also been unified with the rest of the ingredients, we add the chocolate chips.

  5. We put the microwave at maximum power for a maximum of 40 seconds and we will have the soft chocolate chip cookie ready.

Serve it warm and above all do not forget to accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, because it is perfect.
