500 gr of wheat flour
250 ml water
A tablespoon of salt
20 gr of yeast if it is fresh better (Mercadona)
10 ml of aceite oliva

Preparation

When preparing the breadsticks, we don't have to let the flour ferment too long, so that it doesn't light up too much when we have prepared the dough. Start on a clean, floured counter, placing the flour, water, salt, oil and yeast and make a uniform dough that perfectly detaches from the work table and from your hands so that it is ready. The dough should be a bit hard.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape it into a churrito as if it were plasticine. Place a baking sheet with baking paper and paint it with olive oil.
When we have the churritos placed on the baking sheet, leave them for half an hour at room temperature on the tray, and if you see that they need a little humidity, paint them with warm water so that they ferment a little.
Once this time has passed, we bake them at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until we get them to have a golden color.
