How to make Doowaps in Thermomix

As promised, the recipe for our homemade doowaps is here. It's a super easy way to make something sweet and fun for the little ones. In this case, we have helped ourselves with the Thermomix to prepare them, but you can make them at home without it, the only thing that will take longer to knead the dough and leave it homogeneous. I encourage you to prepare them because they are delicious and very juicy, delicious to sink your teeth into.

Of course Rmaria :) The thermomix simply helps you make the dough faster :) otherwise you can do it without it

They will give me splendid, super soft and medium crunchy ... what I left them for 23 min in the oven at 180 degrees ... that if the dough leaves that it will fold one day in the fridge ... many thanks to my family they have loved it

I have done them several times… they are very good…. but I wait, patiently, to double and almost triple the volume…. first the ball and then the buns…. they look great….

Angela and if I want to do double the amount…. I put double the ingredients and the other steps are the same? the same times and everything or do I have to change something ???
because the issue is that few are made ...

the other option is to do the same thing twice… but… if I can do it once better… (I have thermomix)

Hello!! Only doubling the amounts is worth :) The times are exactly the same.
          A hug Maria!
