Many of you already saw our Homemade Donuts recipe, but there were also many of you who asked me if they could be baked. Today we have the recipe step by step, and made with our new acquisition Klarstein Bella Rossa of 1200W and 5 liters, which has helped me prepare the dough so that it is more juicy and airy.

One question, put 15ml of milk, is that correct? It seems to me very very very little to boil with orange peel. Thanks

        1.    ascen jimenez said

          Hello Veronica!
Actually, this step only serves to flavor the milk. You can put more and then use only 15 g.
          A hug!

I don't understand this, "We let them rise for another 30 minutes until we see that they look bloated." Do you mean we let them rest?

    1.    Jessica Perez said

YES, levar means resting, but I think that half an hour is indicative, rather it is when you see them that have doubled their volume, the time varies according to the temperature of your kitchen or house in general, apart from the temperature of your city. I hope I have helped you.

I love cooking, and this year I am taking the opportunity to make recipes since I have just finished my degree and unfortunately I still don't have a job, I could use that food processor to make some of the kitchen recipes, like these donuts :)

Thanks for giving us a recipe on how to prepare them in the oven, I didn't like the idea of frying them. I make the dough by hand, I hope they come out the same (more or less).

    1.    ornella. said

the strength flour is to be used better to make bread and is sold by ldl.

      1.    ornella. said

Yes, it is like a self-rising flour, that is to say that the donuts will come better!

Hello Angela, I write down your recipe that looks good. I am thinking of buying a little machine of these, because the price is chewy these days. I like the Klarstein Lucia Rossa Kitchen robot, mincer, mixer, because it has several accessories and does not go up in price, being a not very well-known robot I do not find much information, when I have seen that you use it, well I have determined to ask you how you're doing with it, if you recommend it for normal kitchen use. Thanks in advance.

    1.    Jessica said

A group has been created to talk about this robot… if you finally decided to buy a klarstein kneading robot, look for us and add us… The group is called Klarstein Lucia Recipes and Functioning… If you can't find it, send me an email and I'll add you jessica_ana @ msn, com

A good variant of such a popular recipe.

You say we put them in the oven for 7 minutes on each side ... that means putting only the bottom part of the electric oven. Would it be the same if we put it with a fan and up and down?

    Thank you

15 ml of milk? Is this measurement okay?

    1.    Pink said

I also have the same doubt. 15 ml is a tablespoon and there is no room for the orange peel ...

  27.   adasura said

Hello, my problem is that the dough comes out super soft and sticks with which I have to add more flour and that leads to it not being so fluffy. Do you know what the problem is? Thank you.

  28.   Anne Keisu said

Hello, good morning, I would like to know if it is 15ml or 150ml, thank you

  29.   Jessica said

Good morning, I have the Klarstein Lucia kitchen robot, and some time ago I created a facebook group so that we could all put recipes made with this robot… would you like to be in the group? Do you mind if I share your recipe on it? The group is called Klarstein Lucia Recipes and Functioning… but the Bella robot is also part of the group since the kneading function is the same… if you are interested add us or send us an @ if you cannot find us and I will add you jessica_ana @ msn.com

With 125 gr of strength flour for the dough it is impossible that with so much hydration something different from a puree will come out, unless you have a magic kneader or the hands of the Hulk. If the sourdough is moist and then you add 4 egg yolks and 60 grams of butter, you will have to add more flour, yes or yes, to make it at least manageable. At least in my case it is being that way.

    1.    Iván López said

The oven temperature is the same, unless you have not specified that it is only above if you put it 7 min on EACH SIDE, which is approximate but it is that in 4 at a lower temperature you already have them as if they were hard donuts, you burn them .

  31.   M. Jose Heras said

Please. Could you tell me if the measurements are correct? I have followed the recipe and they do not come out well. Thank you.
